On-site PLG leaders will manage and/or direct the activities and people associated with projects including the following services: defining project requirements developing project plans/charters developing detailed plans and schedules defining, organizing and facilitating interface between key project personnel and key functional areas managing implementation establishing and utilizing processes for communications and project controls establishing and utilizing mechanisms for project tracking and reporting managing project closure PLG’s business model applies experience, process, focus, and leadership to achieve superior project results.
